Iaac investigates case regarding former Justice minister d.dorligjav
Senior official of the Independent Authority Against Corruption’s (IAAC) Investigation Department Ch.Jargalbaatar reported on December 25 that former Minister of Justice and Internal Affairs D.Dorligjav is suspected of receiving a four million USD bribe from a businessman, and IAAC started investigating D.Dorligjav, but today the agency paused the investigation as the businessman is abroad for a short period of time.
The official also announced that the agency already conducted investigation over the small and medium-sized enterprise loan misappropriation, but the investigation process has to take more time because this issue concerns a lot of money.
Ch.Jargalbaatar noted that IAAC concluded its investigation of a case related to former Head of the Authority for State Prosperities D.Sugar over an alleged plot that helped certain people take out loans from the Standard Bank of South Africa by putting up the state-owned Erdenet mine as collateral.
