On January 7, the Supreme Court scheduled to hold its regular meeting to review the updates of proposed amendments to the constitutions of the Mongolian People’s Party and Democratic Party (DP).

The DP also submitted the amended version of its action plan to the court for update.

During the meeting, the court will also review the registration of Ger District Development Party.

The founders of the party requested the Supreme Court in April to register the party, but the court’s judges rejected the party’s registration as the court found that the founder of the new party didn’t fulfill the requirements for the establishment of a new party outlined in the Law on Political Party.
