The Governor's Office of Orkhon aimag now invites eligible bidders to submit an Ebid for the purchase of drum kits (40 pieces) at the Music School.

The bidder shall pay a fee of MNT 50,000 (fifty thousand) using the electronic system before submitting the bidding documents.

Bids shall be valid for 30 days from the date of bid opening.

Bidders must meet the following financial and experience requirements.

These include:

Sales volume: Not required.

Liquid assets and available loan amount: Not less than 50% of the proposed amount

Financial statements: No need to attach bids, the electronic system will check the financial statements for the last 2 years.

Cost of similar work: Not required.

License: Must be able to organize cultural events and be sustainable.

Bids must be accompanied by an electronic bid security of MNT 1,066,413.

Bids must be submitted electronically at www.tender.gov.mn before 9:00 am on June 19, 2020 and will be submitted electronically on June 19, 2020 at 9:10 am in the presence of bidders who choose to attend. OneStopShop of the Governor's Office and Training and Information Hall of the Local Government.

Foreign entities have the right to submit tenders.

Domestic preference is not taken into account.
