In addition, Ulsyn Nachin O.Khangai
received the Usukh Ider honor as the commission suspended D.Tserentogtokh from Bayankhongor Province, who defeated O.Khangai in 2019 Naadam, for doping.
Deputy Minister Y.Sodbaatar gave directions about the organizing next year’s Naadam, which marks the 100th anniversary of People’s Revolution.
“The Naadam Organizing Commission and Mongolian National Wrestling Federation should start working on the bill about upcoming Naadam. Also, an arrangement on whether a wrestler who passes nine stages in a 1024-wrestler tournament, which finalizes after 10 rounds, should be awarded as the ulsyn arslan title or not is needed,” according to the minister.
