Bill drafters taught law systematization
The three-day training for lawmakers, which is being organized by the Secretariat of Parliament in cooperation with the Mongolian Bar Association and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, commenced on May 24. The participants will be awarded 3.0 credits and certified.

Parliament of any country that is developing democracy and the rule of law should be in accordance with the content and nature of social relations, the level of development of the country, the characteristics of the people’s life and culture, taking into account common international norms and attitudes. The role and participation of law drafters is important in this.” This training is being led by more than ten teachers, including leading scholars and teachers in the field of law, highly skilled experts with extensive experience in legal drafting, and judges who apply the law in practice. The content and form requirements of the law, drafting procedures, legal reception, and systematization of laws are being comprehensively taught.
In the first round of training for legal drafters, which will be held regularly in the future, 50 people consisting of legal drafters and lawyers of the Office of Parliament, as well as employees of the legal departments of the government institutions are participating.
