Prop­erty expo held in Yangon

A prop­erty expo, be­lieved to be the 11th largest in Myan­mar, was or­ga­nized by iMyan­ from 10 to 12 May at the Tat­madaw Ex­hi­bi­tion Hall on U Wis­ara Road in Yangon, ac­cord­ing to state me­dia.

“The ex­hi­bi­tion will be or­ga­nized in Yangon by iMyan­, which has held sim­i­lar ex­pos in Man­dalay, Taung­gyi, and Sin­ga­pore. More than 50 prop­erty com­pa­nies will par­tic­i­pate in the three-day real es­tate expo. There will be special sales for apart­ments, and the good news is that apart­ments will be sold un­der an in­stal­ment sys­tem. Of­fi­cials from banks will come to the ex­hi­bi­tion and ex­plain how fam­i­lies can buy the apart­ments by us­ing their sav­ings ac­counts. KBZ Bank and YOMA Bank will act as the of­fi­cial bank­ing part­ners for home loans,” U Nay Min Thu, the Man­ag­ing Direc­tor of iMyan­, was quoted as say­ing be­fore the event.

Golden City is the main spon­sor of the expo. More than 10,000 apart­ment and con­do­mini­ums from Man­dalay, Yangon, Taung­gyi, and Pathein were show­cased at the expo.
