1. Bal­ance Fit­ness The in­ter­na­tional train­ers from Bal­ance are fa­mous in the city’s fit­ness cir­cle. Bal­ance fit­ness cen­tre has three branches in Yan­gon boast­ing am­ple space and mod­ern equip­ment. The place is usu­ally crowded. Bal­ance Fit­ness is cur­rently launch­ing Muay Thai (tra­di­tional Thai box­ing) classes. It opens daily from 6am to 10pm.
