Bank Windhoek honours top estate agents
Bank Windhoek last week honoured its top performing northern-based estate agents at a glittering event hosted at the Gondwana Etosha King Nehale Lodge. The occasion was Bank Windhoek’s Annual Northern Estate Agents Awards ceremony. Eveline Paulus, Menethe Nikodemus, and Roswitha Haingura were awarded the top three northern estate agents. The trio was also awarded as the top three estate agents with the highest volume of transactions and was recognised for submitting loan business of between N$10 and N$15 million and above to Bank
Windhoek. The recognition was a memorable achievement for Paulus since she won the same award in 2019. Bank Windhoek’s Executive Officer of Retail Banking Services and Specialist Finance, James Chapman, congratulated the winners and said: “Despite the economic difficulties, we are here to celebrate your achievements.” He added that owning and investing in a home is the most significant investment in life. “At Bank Windhoek, we see ourselves as a partner for growth and a connector of positive
change, and even during the pandemic, we launched a new home loan product, the 360 months home loan creation, which extends home loans to 30 years, catering for home loans of between N$500 000 and N$2 million,” he said. “The loan, which customers can settle earlier without any restrictions, allows our customers to get into the home loan space. Thanks for banking with us and choosing Bank Windhoek as a partner of choice.”
Paulus is the owner of Eveline Properties, while
Nikodemus owns Nikodemus Real Estates. Haingura owns Haingura Real Estate. “I am proud to have repeated the same achievements attained in 2019,” said Paulus. Nikodemus said that 2020 was not easy. “Having an established customer base, I managed to get many referrals from my customers, which helped my business’ survival,” she said. Haingura shared that she succeeded by being hardworking and dedicated to her work and thanked Bank Windhoek for being a supportive partner.
