Cenored launches new strategic plan
OTJIWARONGO - The Central North Regional Electricity Distributor (Cenored) on Friday at Otjiwarongo launched its five-year strategic business plan, which is aimed at realigning the company towards its consumers’ expectations.
Cenored’s CEO Robert Kahimise at the launch said the new business plan document would also guide the company in the next five years on how it can remain profitable and relevant in the electricity sector.
“We also feel rejuvenated with this change brought by the company strategic plan, as it will help us to redirect the company and its operations,” he said.
The business strategic plan document seen by Nampa spells out the details in the processes in which the company intends to deliver improved electricity services to customers in the regions of Otjozondjupa, Oshikoto, Kunene and Omaheke.
