1. I can't live without my phone because it keeps me connected with my people back home.

(The PlayMaker: Botswana is not that far. And we hope you're not home sick already.)

2. I can't live without my airpods because I love to listen to music especailly when I go to the gym or when I am tired of seeing Obrey and Ivan's faces.

(The PlayMaker: We would be on that music tip all day too, if all we had to look at those two's faces... Hehehe!)

3. Tea and Coffee. I can't live without having at least three cups a day.

(The PlayMaker: Wait, what? Three cups, ti? Is this a tea/ coffee drinking southernly thing, hano!)

4. My Nike trainers. I can't live without them because I use them to go run outdoors or when going to the gym.

(The PlayMaker: It has to be branded, otherwise you won't be Mara.)

5. Netflix. I can't live without it because I love watching series and movies.

(The PlayMaker: Chilling with some Netflix is a great way to stay out of trouble, especially when based on foreign soil.)

6. Cologne. I simply can't live without it because it makes you smell fresh everytime you're around people.

(The PlayMaker: We like that you don't have a preferred brand, unlike some divas we interviewed before. Lol!)

7. Sweat Jacket. I have to wear it every day at training because it helps me keep my body in shape.

(The PlayMaker: We don't mind you wearing it every day, as long as you wash it every day as well!)

8.Xbox. It keeps me busy when I am bored. (The PlayMaker: Boys will be boys, we see!)

9. Dstv. I like watching the EPL and the PSL. My favourite team is Liverpool and I am a big fan of Sundowns as well. (The PlayMaker: So, basically you are saying, you wouldn't mind joining Shalulile, hey? Lag, ons speel net!)

10. My soccer boots. I can't live without them because they are my tools.

(The PlayMaker: Spoken like a true artisan. Respect!)

Call him a pass master. Call him a midfield dynamo. Call him what you like, just don't call him short. Such has been this player's impression on Masitaoka in Botswana, that they signed him knowing they can only field him next season. Marius 'Mara Maak Jou Mal' Kotze tells us 10 things he simply cannot live without.
