Whenever there is a festival related to our Hindu religion, liquor/beer advertisements fill the pages of these newspapers. The money-grubbers mocking our religion just for money, introduce themselves as Hindus. Let's boycott such newspapers. Can these money-grubbers print such advertisements on other’s religious festivals?

I am glad the President has returned the Citizenship Bill to the parliament with clarifications on issues which have long-term detrimental consequences on Nepal’s sovereignty, independence and integrity. Anyway, decisions with such implications and importance should not be rushed without elaborate discussions and especially when the elections have been already announced.

In a sense, the government is a lame duck and cannot make such decisions of national importance in a democracy.
