UTS organizing Women's Car Rally: Empowering through the wheels
In a groundbreaking move towards gender inclusivity and empowerment, United Traders Syndicate, the official Toyota dealer for Nepal, is hosting a remarkable event – the Women's Car Rally 2024. Spearheaded by Ritu Singh Vaidya, the Managing Director of United Traders Syndicate, this rally aimed to break stereotypes and encourage women to take the wheel, not just in driving, but in life itself. Twenty years ago, when Toyota started the Women's rally in Nepal, Toyota Nepal played a significant role in encouraging women for leadership development. She expressed her vision, stating, "It's about breaking barriers, challenging norms, and embracing opportunities with confidence, where women lead the way, inspiring others to drive in life."
The rally is going to be organized in Kathmandu on Saturday, April 20th April, and is predicted to be an impressive turnout of Fifty enthusiastic participants, all geared up to showcase their driving prowess and spirit of adventure. The rally route traversed through cultural heritage around the capital, with its endpoint in Gokarna Resort, where various stalls are set up by women entrepreneurs. Moreover, the Women's Car Rally highlighted the role of corporate entities like United Traders Syndicate in driving positive social change. By organizing such events and initiatives, they not only promote their brand but also contribute to the empowerment and advancement of women in society.
