Last, a re­con­sid­er­a­tion pe­riod is in­tro­duced in case of a ter­mi­na­tion of the em­ploy­ment agree­ment with mu­tual con­sent. This means that the em­ployee can with­draw their con­sent to the ter­mi­na­tion within 14 days. When the con­sent is with­drawn, the em­ploy­ment agree­ment is con­tin­ued, or the ne­go­ti­a­tions on the terms and con­di­tions of the ter­mi­na­tion are re­opened.
