Kumara mash

SERVES 4 PREP + COOK TIME 30 MINUTES

Boil, steam or microwave 500g coarsely chopped potatoes and 500g coarsely chopped kumara (orange sweet potato)

until tender; drain. Mash potato and kumara in large bowl until smooth; stir in

40g butter and ¼ cup hot chicken stock.
