Al­ways wear a broad-spec­trum SPF50+ sun­screen and make sure you ap­ply it reg­u­larly to your face, neck, dé­col­letage and any ex­posed skin. Ex­fo­li­ate your skin to help re­move the dead skin cells. Mois­turise your body twice a day to en­sure it stays hy­drated dur­ing the warmer weather. Mois­tur­is­ing will also pre­vent in­flamed and ir­ri­tated skin when you’re ex­posed to the sun and sand. Re­mem­ber to pro­tect your lips with an SPF50+ lip balm.
