MAKES 1.5 LITRES (6 CUPS) PREP TIME 15 MINUTES (+ REFRIGERAT­ION TIME) Combine 750ml chilled ginger beer, 1 cup vodka and 2 cups cranberry fruit drink in a large jug. Squeeze 3 limes to make ¼ cup juice. Stir the juice into jug. Serve topped with 1 cup ice cubes, fresh raspberrie­s, mint sprigs and thinly sliced pear.
