Pan­doro is a sweet Ital­ian yeast bread. If un­avail­able, use panet­tone; how­ever, it won’t have the same shape. Use of­f­cuts to make tri­fles or truf­fles. We used salted caramel ice-cream; you can use your favourite flavour.
