RE­LAX

Heat up some wa­ter to a com­fort­able tem­per­a­ture, put it into a bowl and add your favourite bath oil. Put your feet in and re­lax.

STRETCH

Roll one foot over the grip of a dumb­bell, back and forth. If you don’t have a dumb­bell, try us­ing a bot­tle in­stead.

BAL­ANCE

Stand with feet hip­width apart. Move slowly onto tip­toes; your body weight will shift to your fore­foot. Stay in po­si­tion for a mo­ment be­fore mov­ing back to start po­si­tion.

LOOSEN UP

A simple ex­er­cise to loosen your feet mus­cles is to pad­dle your feet in con­trary di­rec­tions whilst seated.
