LIGHT RELIEF

Check out these tips to soothe overworked feet.

RELAX

Heat up some water to a comfortabl­e temperatur­e, put it into a bowl and add your favourite bath oil. Put your feet in and relax.

STRETCH

Roll one foot over the grip of a dumbbell, back and forth. If you don’t have a dumbbell, try using a bottle instead.

BALANCE

Stand with feet hipwidth apart. Move slowly onto tiptoes; your body weight will shift to your forefoot. Stay in position for a moment before moving back to start position.

LOOSEN UP

A simple exercise to loosen your feet muscles is to paddle your feet in contrary directions whilst seated.
