Gimme a hug!

Australian Women’s Weekly NZ - - WELL BEING -

A study of 404 adults over 14 days found hugs may be a simple yet effective method of reducing stress after an argument. Post-argument huggers were more likely to feel positive after the conflict than those who didn’t hug. It seems an obvious conclusion but it’s an important part of research into how interpersonal touch supports a healthy relationship and easier conflict resolution.
