Sesame rice paper crisps

SERVES 6 PREP AND COOK TIME 15 MINUTES

Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Line two oven trays with baking paper. Cut six 13cm frozen spring roll wrappers in half to make 12 rectangles; place on lined trays in a single layer. Spray wrappers with oil; sprinkle with combined 2 tsp each of white and black sesame seeds and 1 tsp sea salt flakes. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden; cool. Break into pieces.
