A deep breath and a little fortitude are required before you jump into Netflix show Unbelievable, but there is far too much perspective to be gained to ignore the opportunity it presents. This eightepisode mini-series is based on the true story of a serial rapist in the US. It’s about the women he violated and the women determined to stop him. It plays out like a thriller whodunit, but the power lies in the personal stories of the victims. A compelling script and universally excellent cast elevate this to must-watch status.
