Cheesy pasta bake

SERVES 4 PREP AND COOK TIME 15 MINUTES

350g orecchiett­e pasta

½ quantity Italian meatballs base recipe, warmed through

1 tablespoon Kikkoman Soy Sauce

200g fresh mozzarella, torn 2 tablespoon­s single cream

1 Preheat grill to high. Cook the pasta following packet instructio­ns. Drain. Place the pasta in a deep 2 litre (8-cup) ovenproof dish. Add the meatballs and sauce, soy sauce and gently toss to combine.

2 Top with mozzarella, drizzle with cream and sprinkle with pepper. Place under the grill and cook for 8 minutes or until golden and bubbling.

Not suitable to freeze or microwave.
