Old-school, but good

-

We brush our hair and teeth, but there’s another use for bristles that may be worth adding to your regimen. Dry body brushing is a wellbeing ritual used in many cultures for centuries. The action exfoliates skin, helps unclog pores and stimulates blood flow. However, ignore claims that it reduces cellulite – there’s no solid science to back this up. Use light, circular motions all over your body before you shower, taking it easy on your chest, and avoiding the face and neck completely. Add some muscle where skin is thicker. Body brushing can make skin more sensitive, so avoid altogether if this is already the case for you.
