Spicy chicken tacos

Heat an oiled large frying pan over medium-high heat; cook 1 finely chopped medium brown onion (150g), stirring, until

softened. Add 500g chicken mince; cook, stirring, until browned. Add 35g packet taco seasoning mix, cook, stirring, until fragrant. Add half a 375g bottle thick and chunky taco sauce and ½ cup (125ml) water; cook, stirring occasional­ly, for about 7 minutes or until mixture thickens. Remove from
