Fruity gin spritzer
SERVES 8 (MAKES 2 LITRES/8 CUPS) PREP TIME 10 MINUTES
Place 1½ cups chilled dry gin, 1.5 litres (6 cups) chilled blood orange-flavoured mineral water, cup passionfruit pulp and ½ teaspoon orange blossom water in a large jug; stir to combine. Add 3 sliced large yellow peaches or nectarines; stir to combine. Serve chilled over crushed ice.
