Tip We used a julienne vegetable peeler to create the shredded beetroot and carrot. You can shred enough for the whole week. Place shredded vegies in a container covered with a piece of wet paper towel, replace lid and refrigerat­e.

Keep it Ensure your Eggs are very fresh and free range. Store seasoned eggs in an airtight container in the fridge.
