Doing things that spark joy, contentment and love will boost your happiness and self-confidence.
Think of things that instantly lift your mood and aim to do at least one of them a week.
Here are some ideas:
• Listen to your favourite songs and dance around the house.
• Go on an adventure. Visit a new place this weekend, explore a different street on your lunch break, or go somewhere that’s
been on your list for a while.
• Get creative! Paint, sing, draw, complete a puzzle, get in the garden, or make something for
a friend or for your home.
• Do some joyful movement, like a nature walk, hula hooping,
or rollerblading.
• Organise a fun active date with friends or family, such as going bowling, trampolining, mini-golf,
or outdoor games.
