Big opportunity for gym coach

Bay News - - NEWS - Rebecca Mauger Senior reporter

It takes a special sort of person to coach young children.

Teresa Iaccarino has trained in gymnastics right up to senior level artistic gymnastics (level seven) and now coaches the junior gymnasts at Argos Gymsport.

She’s been accepted into an international academy for gymnastics— the Gymnastikhojskolen I Ollerup in Denmark.

Teresa has just found out she has won the 12 month scholarship to the prestigious school which will pay her tuition and accommodation for a year. She will get to hone her gymnast and coaching skills while participating in competitions.

This is such an exciting opportunity for a young athlete and Teresa can’t believe her luck.

Young achievers should take note and investigate any scholarship possibilities in their chosen field.

We wish this young achiever all the best.
