Charges for bigger bins

Tauranga City Council has agreed (reluctantly) to provide larger general rubbish bins - if you prod it hard enough. There will be an extra charge of course, which is yet to be disclosed. I think that everyone should ask for one if necessary and demand no extra charge be applied.
