There’s a glimmer of normality on the horizon as COVID case numbers rapidly reduce and the pandemic departs from the media center stage. If you’ve taken this recent change as an opportunit­y to kick start your fitness routine that’s great! Just don’t let the colder, darker days of winter derail your enthusiasm.

At Clubfit there are no fixed term contracts. Workout inside with us over winter and if your circumstan­ces change in summer, you can take a break with no penalties. Clubfit can also support you with a personalis­ed workout programme using the new Myclubfit App, provide access to a variety of workout options (to find a workout that you love!) and Baywave members can access free body scans to benchmark and monitor progress.
