2022 Most Trusted Business Awards

The 6th Annual, 2022 Most Trusted Business Awards Winners have been announced.

This year saw a theme come through for how much trust is involved in animal and pet care with the overall winners being Paws and Play – Tauranga Doggy Day Care and overall runnersup being – Roar Pet Food – Raw Meats for Pets.

The results are based on 2456 eligible NZ businesses and 3620 reviews/votes. All votes/ reviews are publicly viewable by visiting the most trusted business profile page of each participant business.

This year saw many NZ wide brand names participate with Auctus Accountants winning the nationwide most trusted brand 2022.

There was an intriguing competition in Christchurch with two insulation companies battling it out for first place.

Both Christchurch Insulation – Best Rates In Town and Green Dog Insulation in Christchurch received a huge number of votes and praises from the public and their customers and received exactly the same number of votes granting them a tie for Most Trusted overall business in Christchurch.

The wonderful thing about the businesses being profiled on mosttrusted.co.nz is that all the references and votes they receive are not only live on Most Trusted, but also sync through to their Google Business profile.

This gives the public more ways to see who is performing out of their skin to deliver trustworthy products and services.

We spoke to Karen Stuart, the Managing Director of Most Trusted Ltd. about the business. What is the most interesting part of your work/ business day?

The Most Trusted Business Database receives thousands of reviews from the public. Each review received we personally approve before they go live on each businesses profile. We love reading these reviews as they really show how happy their clients are, we feel a sense of responsibility to ensure these Bay of Plenty businesses are recognized for the amazing work they are doing.

I also get some amazing feedback from winners and members about the amount of new work the publicity has brought them, transforming and growing their businesses.

How long has Most Trusted Ltd been operating?

Most Trusted began in 2017 after arriving in Tauranga from the US. Our goal of connecting the community to businesses. From a small vision to reality, Most Trusted has grown to be able to provide value to the community. We endeavour to help consumers get to know businesses.

What is the most challenging thing about the work?

Balancing growing the Awards and getting new businesses to participate versus the time spent promoting the existing members and managing a verifiable, fair awards program. The Most Trusted Business Awards is very time intensive as is ensuring the new participants are trustworthy local businesses. We want the Most Trusted Business Awards to be the largest highest qualify Awards and Business Database in New Zealand.

What inspired you to become Self Employed?

Creating a nationwide digital business from Tauranga seemed like the best way to use my talents of Marketing and Business drive.

What other interest/hobbies do you have?

We have three children who love to dance and a lifestyle block. We love our Tauranga lifestyle.
