Bargain Boat Bits now Boating and Outdoors

ONE OF NEW ZEALAND’S LARGEST retail marine groups, Bargain Boat Bits, has changed its name to Boating and Outdoors.

The new name better reflects the retail group’s commitment to boating and marine lifestyle sales and service, says Boating and Outdoors’ purchasing officer John Bolitho.

Formed as the Marinelink buying group in 1987 to seek better prices for its members, Marinelink became Bargain Boat Bits in 2002. Today the Boating and Outdoors group numbers 21 marine dealerships all over New Zealand.
