THE IN­AU­GU­RAL DALE CARNEGIE Schol­ar­ship was awarded to Tristram Marine’s Michael Lan­g­ley at NZ Marine’s an­nual Com­pos­ites In­dus­try Train­ing Or­gan­i­sa­tion Grad­u­a­tion evening in De­cem­ber.

With this schol­ar­ship, Michael gains ac­cess to Dale Carnegie’s world-class per­sonal and pro­fes­sional devel­op­ment train­ing cour­ses.

Michael has worked for Tristram Marine since 2003, pro­gress­ing through NZ Marine’s ap­pren­tice­ship and train­ing pro­grammes and com­plet­ing sev­eral qual­i­fi­ca­tions.

As Pro­duc­tion Man­ager, Michael sets high stan­dards he ex­pects oth­ers to fol­low. He is a trainer and men­tor who al­ways makes time to sup­port and guide his team, in­clud­ing sup­port­ing ap­pren­tices af­ter hours if re­quired.
