Juniors get started in shooting

Bush Telegraph - - News - By RUTH McNAIR Dannevirke Smallbore Rifle Club secretary

The first night of our junior primary school shooting programme was held on May 7.

It teaches juniors a new skill each week. The first night was introducing them to the sport and for the second week it was concentration and focus.

Caley McNair set the pace with a 100.7 on her first counting card for the season. It is compulsory to bring a chocolate cake when you shoot your first 100 and it was enjoyed by everyone. Well done Caley!
