Fantasy Cave trust keen fundraisers

Dannevirke Fantasy Cave Charitable Trust is busy fundraising behind the scenes for the money necessary to build a new cave and according to Treasurer Malcolm Peffers fundraising is progressing very well.

The board appreciates all the donations and grants received to date, said Peffers.

Tenders will be called over the next few weeks for the erection of the new building and further funding bids will be attended to once these have been received.

Demolition of the existing exhibits in the old cave is well advanced. Peffers said there would be another “pop-up Cave” erected at Christmas. Further details will be available closer to the time.
