Get-a-grip breakfast

-

An internationally renowned time management expert is here to help business people who are feeling overloaded and stressed.

Robyn Pearce, who has a following of more than 12,000 people from all over the world, is running a workshop next month focusing on planning and prioritising.

Ms Pearce says business is more challenging today in New Zealand than it ever has been.

She says with less money in the bank, many businesses have cut back on staff, which subsequently increases the workload for the remaining team.

Overload and stress can lead to decreased productivity as staff struggle to decipher the important from the urgent and they need help.

Her breakfast workshop on May 3 aims to address these issues.

‘‘To get through right now, a lot of staff are having to do the work of two, sometimes three people.

‘‘What initially looks impossible becomes much more manageable when you have the right techniques in place.’’

Ms Pearce is collaborating with Zac de Silva from Business Chang- ing for this workshop.

Mr de Silva has previously run Barkers, House of Travel and FCM Travel and won many business awards.

He will be sharing ‘‘The seven secrets to business success’’ and will pass on real-life advice and learnings based on what works in New Zealand businesses and international best practice.

Both segments will be packed full of practical tips to take away and implement immediately and are applicable for businesses and teams of all sizes.
