THUMBS UP & DOWN

CHB Mail - - News -

■ Thumbs up to all the volunteers in the community.

■ Thumbs up to John and his tree-felling team at Centralines. They did such an awesome, tidy job, felling, limbing and chipping our numerous trees that were close to powerlines. We are very grateful. ■ Thumbs down to people that throw rubbish out of their vehicles onto roadsides. Kids and I picked up five big sacks from a 3km stretch of road. Can’t believe how much rubbish there is down Ashcott Rd right now — what on earth happened to their community pride? ■ Thumbs down to the distributors of CHB Mail who have deemed CHB Mail as junk mail and will no longer deliver to those with ‘No Junk Mail or ‘No Circulars’ signs. Since when has a local community newspaper been junk? Get a grip! The community still wants the community news!
