Wonky Don­key au­thor at show

Craig Smith — au­thor of ac­claimed chil­dren’s book The Wonky Don­key, re­cently won the APRA 2018 chil­dren’s song of the year with Scari­est Thing In The Gar­den.

He will be pro­mot­ing his new al­bum Not Just for Kids 2 and his just-re­leased crowd-funded book The Driz­zly Bear on this visit to the CHB A&P Show this week.

Craig Smith will per­form songs from his much-loved books The Wonky Don­key and Kaha the Kea along with new re­leases The Driz­zly Bear and Scari­est Thing In The Gar­den .

The in­ter­ac­tive live show, packed with singing, danc­ing and hu­mour and led by APRA award-win­ning mu­si­cian and au­thor Craig is aimed at ages two to 10, but re­lat­able for the whole fam­ily.

Craig will be avail­able to sign all his books, CDs and T-shirts at th­ese shows as well as have pho­tos. He will have a full range of mer­chan­dise for sale.

Keep an eye and ear out for the new Wonky Don­key ad­ven- ture and tune that is not due out un­til later next year.

Armed with his gui­tar, pup­pets and cos­tumes, and a flash drive Craig puts on a 45-minute in­ter­ac­tive show along with a 10 to 15-minute ques­tion and an­swer ses­sion. His Kaha the Kea cos­tume is per­fect for any ex­tro­verted older stu­dent or teacher to act in, while a monkey mask can also be used by a vol­un­teer for a 30-sec­ond panto rou­tine.
