TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF WAIPUKURAU STREETS FOR THE ANNUAL CHRISTMAS PARADE

Pursuant to the Transport (Vehicular Traffic Road Closure) Regulations 1965, Notice is hereby given that the Central Hawke’s Bay District Council and NZTA will temporarily close to all traffic the following streets and car park in Waipukurau to allow for the annual Christmas Parade:

• Kitchener St Public Car Park will be temporary closed from 7am.

• Kitchener St from St Marys/Fleming Rd intersection to Ruataniwha St from 12pm - 1.30pm.

Parade 1st Stage – moves through Ruataniwha St: 1pm - 1.30pm • Bogle Brothers Esplanade Intersection and all intersections into

Ruataniwha St [part SH2] to St Joseph St.

Parade 2nd Stage – moves through St Joseph St: 1.30pm - 2.00pm • St Joseph St and all intersections to Russell Park

Affected Adjoining Streets

• Intersections off Ruataniwha St:

Northumberland St at the Service Lane (access to service lane remains open) SH2 – Herbert St at the Service Lane (access to the service lane remains open) Porangahau Rd at the Service Lane (access to the service lane remains open)

• Intersections off St Joseph Street:

Mt Herbert Rd / Wellington Rd, Francis Drake St, Russell St, and River Terrace
