Caroline Hirons is an established expert in skincare. Her book is “the ultimate no-nonsense guide to skin care” and in it there is some sound advice.

Chapters include a good skincare routine, skin types and conditions, when life happens and your kit.

It is loaded with information for women of all ages . She certainly doesn't hold back naming a list of products that “have no reason to be on our shelves” including wipes, sheet masks and pore strips. Well worth a read.
