Steady As You Go Waipawa

Every Monday

Steady As You Go is a free strength and balance exercise programme designed to improve your leg strength, flexibilit­y, general fitness, and wellbeing to prevent falls and injuries. Attending this class is also a great way to meet new people. Every Monday at the Senior Citizens Hall Waverley St, Waipawa at 10.30am, for 45 minutes. Booking is essential. Steady As You Go is a free strength and balance exercise programme designed to improve your leg strength, flexibilit­y, general fitness, and wellbeing to prevent falls and injuries.
