Justice of the Peace

There will be a Justice of the Peace available on Fridays 12pm -1pm at the CHB Libraries — one week in Waipawa and the next week at the Learning Hub (Te Huinga Wai). These are the dates for Waipawa: September 2, September 16, September 30. The dateS for Waipukurau are: August 26, September 9, September 23. Zumba Dance with Mamacita

Mamacita, in conjunctio­n with Age Concern are offering an entry level Zumba class

Monday, Waipukurau War Memorial Hall from 1pm-2pm First Class is free. Concession card with Gold Card — $20 for 4 classes or $5 Casual Gold Card. Concession card standard- $30 for 5 classes. Casual Standard-$6. Concession cards are valid for 6 weeks from purchase.

Steady As You Go Waipawa

Steady As You Go is a free strength and balance exercise programme designed to improve your leg strength, flexibilit­y, general fitness, and wellbeing to prevent falls and injuries. Attending this class is also a great way to meet new people. Every Monday at the Senior Citizens Hall Waverley St, Waipawa at 9.15am and 10.30am, for 45 minutes. Booking is essential. When: Every Tuesday from October 4 until November 29 starting at 5.30pm

$5 entry fee for a game of bowls, sausage sizzle and ticket in the Irish Raffle. Bowls available. Must wear flat soled shoes (or jandals).

Housie & Morning Tea When: Second and last Friday of every month from 10am-12pm.
