Bedime Battles: learn gentle ways to stop bedtime battles and improve your child’s sleep.

Emotion Regulation:learn about brain development, co-regulation and calming strategies to support communication and connection between you and your child.

Anxiety:

Fostering Security:
A training programme for parents
and caregivers of children with early trauma’s and attachment difficulties.
One full day training 8.30am4.30pm (lunch included). Please register for this programme. A date will be determined when we have four or more participants.

Steady As You Go Waipawa
65+ falls prevention and strength and balance exercise classes to improve your leg strength, flexibility, general fitness, and wellbeing to prevent falls and injuries. Attending this class is also a great way to meet new people. Weekly classes and times are the following: Waipawa Senior Citizens Hall every Monday at 9.15am, St Mary’s Hall, Waipukurau every Wednesday at 9.30am and 10.30am, Otane Hall every Friday at 10:15am and Takapau Town Hall every Tuesday at 10am starting February 13.
