Bedime Battles: learn gentle ways to stop bedtime battles and improve your child’s sleep.

Emotion Regulation:learn about brain development, co-regulation and calming strategies to support communication and connection between you and your child.

Anxiety: learn how to support your child when they are anxious. Develop coping strategies to work through anxiety together with your child.

Self-Harm:
Recognising self-harm, understanding why, what to do and how to best support your child.

Fostering Security:
A training programme for parents and caregivers of children with early trauma’s and attachment difficulties.
One full day training 8.30am4.30pm (lunch included). Please register for this programme. A date will be determined when we have four or more participants.
