Kia Ora Koutou, We have had an interesting conversation in the office this morning.

What does one wear after work and before bed?

I personally had no idea that was even a thing.

Do people actually go home and put on an entirely new outfit for dinner, then change into PJs for bed?

I’m lucky to find myself two sets of clean clothes in my house in one day after I have managed to dress my children and send the youngest to pre-school with seven changes of clothes just in case.

And if I’m honest, if I had the inclination to get changed after work, it would most likely be into my PJs anyway. Is that so terrible? Perhaps there are younger folk out there who will tell me that’s a slippery slope to becoming an old person, that life for them begins at 5pm.

Perhaps I am just too willing to embrace my middle age. Have a great week out there, – Emma.
