Last year’s monster at the Great Pumpkin Carnival was a massive 808kg. So, if you measure up, get along to the 2019 carnival on 31 March at Hamilton Gardens. But it’s not all about the biggest, there are also categories for the best and lightest miniatures, best carved pumpkin, the most perfect and the oddest pumpkin, best scones, muffins, cakes and pies.
