Forage & Feast is a chance to join TV’S Gourmet Farmer, Matthew Evans, for a weekend (28-30 August) at The Farm at Cape Kidnappers. A morning ramble around the farm with Matthew will be followed by a workshop featuring seasonal vegetables and using what many people discard. The showcase dinner will feature a dégustatio­n menu from Matthew and the Cape Kidnappers' kitchen team, with wine pairings from Hawke’s Bay’s Smith & Sheth Vineyards.
