SERVE WITH LEMON DEL FRESCA
SERVES 1
45ml vodka
30ml limoncello (we use Pallini) 15ml fresh lemon juice
15ml fresh lime juice
1 scoop of premium citrus (ideally
lemon) sorbet, plus extra to serve ice sliced lemon and plum powder, to serve
Put all the ingredients except the garnishes into a shaker. Fill with ice and shake until the sorbet has blended into the wet ingredients – this can take some time and effort but it is worth the squeeze. Dump into a highball glass and top with a small amount of ice. Garnish with an additional scoop of sorbet, a lemon wheel and a pinch of plum powder sprinkled over the top.
