THE CHEF’S TABLE AT BLUE DUCK STATION

On the banks of the Whanganui and Retaruke Rivers sits Blue Duck Station, where owner Dan Steele and family, together with chef Jack Cashmore, have created The Chef’s Table at the ‘Top of the World’, one of the highest points of the station. The experience begins with a two-hour ATV bush safari tour of Blue Duck’s forest, rivers and conservati­on projects.
