A busy, buzzy Cuba St spot. Head chef Alric Hansen has designed food to share, introducing a mix of Highwater classics and ever-changing seasonal favourites. Drinks are very well matched to the menu, which is largely meatand fish-based. There are some admirable tweaks to the classics. It says a lot about a place that’s so exciting you’re looking forward to going back even before you’ve finished dessert (in this case meringue, white chocolate and raspberry).
